Germline mutation rate in African-American women in Arkansas with a personal and/or family history of breast cancer

      Objective: African-American women, particularly in the southern United States, are poorly represented in genetic studies. Our objective was to investigate the germline mutation rate in African-Amerian women in Arkansas with a personal history and/or family history of breast cancer using the multiplex BROCA panel.
