Endometrial adenocarcinoma after risk reducing bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy

      Objectives: Endometrial adenocarcinoma after risk-reducing salpingo-oophorectomy (RRSO) is rare. There have been reports of an increased incidence of high-risk uterine cancer in BRCA positive women, both among those taking tamoxifen and those who were not. However, low risk uterine cancer in BRCA positive women after RRSO has not been observed.
